These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and rabjee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the rabjee website, mobile applications, and all related services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, and any promotional features offered through the Platform.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: rabjee operates a KYC verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. We may require you to submit identity documents — such as a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — as well as proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any stage of your account lifecycle. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds remain non-withdrawable. rabjee reserves the right to adjust or withdraw any bonus at its discretion if it identifies evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.

Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of bonus expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. rabjee is not obligated to notify you of an impending bonus expiry.

rabjee reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and in progress by a user will be honoured subject to its applicable terms.

Where rabjee determines, at its sole discretion, that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets placed during the relevant period, and withhold any associated winnings or balances pending investigation. Where evidence of criminal activity is identified, rabjee may report the matter to relevant authorities.

All content available on the rabjee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and data — is the property of rabjee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of rabjee. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

rabjee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. rabjee's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
